OnCourse aims to help individuals maximise their leadership potential through a range of skills-based programmes tailored to the needs of different audiences.
One of our most successful programmes has been the OnCourse Community Leadership Programme. OnCourse offers leadership training to individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide the skills needed to champion local projects or serve on the management structures of local public and community organisations. The OnCourse Programme was the first accredited Community Leadership Programme in the UK and is now available under licence throughout the country.
