The interviewees at our fourth OnCourse event were Graham Mulholland, founder of EPM technology and Bryan Jackson, former UK managing director of Toyota and EMDA chairman
 
EPM technology is a company which has developed a niche market in the design and production of automotive components.  Graham Mulholland founded the company in 1996 and has developed its extensive composite expertise through servicing high performance markets and niche vehicle manufacturers.
 
Clients include Formula1, World Rally, Aston Martin, MG Rover and TVR.  EPM use world-class facilities and highly skilled staff to deliver innovative solutions stretching technological boundaries in order to produce stronger, lighter, faster vehicles.
 
Bryan Jackson was the former UK managing director of Toyota and shared his personal views on the subject of innovation based on his 35 years experience in the motor industry.  Prior to joining Toyota he was with Ford Motor Company, where he began his career in the mid 60’s in industrial relations.
 
Bryan ’s responsibilities while at Toyota included manufacturing administration, finance, human resources, corporate planning and governmental affairs.
 
Following his retirement from Toyota, Bryan was appointed as the Chairman of the East Midlands Development Agency.
